Over 20 years’ of experience in various senior HR roles in the telecom and banking industry, through which has become a trusted professional to the senior business leaders in Oman. His experience in both employee engagement and people development drove the transformation of the culture within the organization. Previously, Saif was the Senior Manager of Learning & Development of Omantel where he established the structure and function of it at Omantel. This was recognized and rewarded in different international conferences around the world.
Today, Saif is the Senior Manager of the Talent Management at Omantel supporting over 2,500 employees across all levels. He is committed towards implementing the best people practices that upskill people and leverage on the business strategy. Along his achievement, Saif is a member of several international reputed associations. His passion and experience drove him to present as a speaker in various conferences in the region as well as participating as an award judge in different international awards. Saif has MBA from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.
