In Deutsche Post DHL the Analytics Academy was created to facilitate the awareness-building and upskilling efforts on data analytics. Dedicated trainings for managers and general workforce members demystify artificial intelligence and data analytics, stresses the importance of data, and helps to find opportunities to leverage data analytics in their own areas of responsibility. So far, the Analytics Academy has reached over 10,000 colleagues across the globe.
