In her current function, Catherine is leading the digital transformation in Industry within Michelin; it represents more than 70 sites in 17 countries on the 3 continents; she is focusing on the digital transformation for the 50 000 frontline workers; she put in place a BOTTOM-UP method to support her vision and associated strategies. She had experiences in different domains Research & Development, Marketing&Sales, Distribution and now Industry mainly in strategy & transformation in order to put in place new products on the market, new way of working & new mindset for people.
Her extra professional activities are very close to protection of environment: manage 20ha of forests, herbalist, beekeeper.
Catherine grew up in France and holds a diploma of engineer from EFREI school at Paris.
