We have launched our intranet during the pandemic, and a lot has changed since. The pandemic was a turning point, and user behaviours and needs have changed. The technology has also moved at an increasing pace. At the end of 2023 we have decided to audit our intranet to understand not only how people use it, but how it reflects the needs of the modern workforce.
