• Partner with businesses, markets and function organizations to co-design the Learning & Talent impact roadmap for Group Finance, Group Human Resources, Group Legal & Group Business Transformation (10K employees).
• Implement strategic enablers to create strong leadership bench and pipeline for Philips while maximizing all employees’ potential to contribute and grow.
• Partner with the HRBPs and business leaders to shape and implement Learning, Talent and Leadership solutions that help the business thrive, enabling Philips to execute on the Health-Tech strategy.
