With a 19-year experience in Internal Communications, Cecile has been a key player in various content management systems. Her most recent achievement was co-leading the launch of the new intranet, a project that required her to create a robust governance structure co-owned by the Communications, Human Resources, and IT teams. She also played a pivotal role in developing the latest Content Strategy, working closely with Communications experts. In addition, she established comprehensive guidelines and training paths, with a strong emphasis on digital accessibility and analytics, for the 300+ publishers and internal communications teams worldwide. Her leadership and collaboration with different vendors and stakeholders at Schneider Electric have been instrumental in the success of these initiatives
