What started as a grassroots initiative has developed into the one informal learning platform at Bosch. In “The Bosch Club”, colleagues share their knowledge and experiences with each other. These learning sessions are free and open to all Bosch associates worldwide. With The Bosch Club, everyone can decide for themselves what, when, where, and from whom they learn. Since the Go-live 8 months ago, The Bosch Club counts over 1400 live online sessions – and there are more to come!
