She has extensive experience in International Communications, Strategic Communications, Media Relations, Internal & Change Communications. Ildikó is also an Executive & Change Communications trainer as well as a certified NLP coach. She holds an MBA in Communication & Leadership from the Quadriga University in Berlin, Germany and is an active member of the Association of Professional Coaches. Whether in his previous sales, marketing, public relations, journalism or fundraising roles, Tom Boden has always been in the business of convincing people. And for the last 11 years this skill has been focussed on the people he works alongside in the Wind Turbine industry, first with Siemens and now with Vestas, where he leads on Business Transformation in Offshore Service.
He is currently responsible for building an open, collaborative and appreciative community where transparency of people, information and leadership are critical in establishing a new normal where silos, duplication, rumours etc… are a thing of the past despite the challenging matrix structure and dispersed workforce.
I get a real buzz from connecting people. We are humans, we are social by nature but often our complex corporate structures get in the way of our abilities or evening willingness to make those connections – even though we all know that ‘network is everything’. When people have good relationships then they are more likely to work well together; to overcome challenge; to look after each other; to have fun. So it is a business imperative that we have an environment where this can happen. If I can nurture this so that relationships can start, mature and prosper then I’m a happy man.
Graduated from an MSc in Science Communication at Imperial College London. Science writer with experience in podcasting and video creation.
I’m a well-rounded communicator with a track record in large multinational companies at global, local and corporate level. With an MBA and 15+ years of experience across different geographies and cultures, my career highlights include leading complex communication programmes to drive cultural change, support large organisational transformations - such as restructuring and M&A – and boost company’s performance through employee engagement in manufacturing and R&D. Curious about new digital channels and relationship-oriented, I feel proud any time I can help senior leaders develop their communication capabilities to make a positive impact on their organisation.
My core competencies include leading virtual teams, partnering with executives, and designing engaging and authentic communication channels and events. I have a Melcrum Black Belt certification, a Six Sigma Analyst certification, and a background in change management and recruitment.
I thrive in collaborating across cultures and mindsets, and have a proven track record of delivering successful communication programs in high growth markets, especially in India, Poland, and Colombia. Some of my proudest moments include winning awards for our breakthroughs in internal communication, achieving high ratings for our global live stream and PayUneers Days, and supporting the reorganization and transformation of GfK and Bombardier.
