André is a former Software Engineer and moved after 10 years of Software Engineering into the HR area. There he focussed on several topics like HR marketing, digital events and became an expert in virtual collaboration. Since last year he works as a NewLearning expert in the corporate deapartment and is the Co-lead of The Bosch Club which is the one future platform for informal learning at Bosch. Beside the corporate sector André also works as TapeArtists to create TapeArt Murals and facilitate TapeArt Teambuilding Workshops.
