As a product owner, I am maximizing the product value for Allianz Connect, the social intranet of the Allianz Group. The value is accumulated from the product vision, customer and user requirements as well as business strategy. To achieve this, I translate strategy into product activities, prioritize tasks for the Allianz Connect squad, liaise with stakeholders, and evaluate the overall progress.
In previous roles, inside and outside of the Allianz Group I have managed software rollouts (SaaS) with complex customer organizations as a project manager, developed a social network around sports and nutrition, implemented brand strategies, consulted regarding corporate messaging and change and comms activities.
