Kerttu is a skilled Digital Workplace Service Manager at Eesti Energia, where she has been leading digital workplace solutions since June 2022. With expertise in Mac Management, Microsoft Copilot, and various digital tools, she enhances workplace efficiency and employee experience through modern technology solutions.

Before stepping into her current role, Kerttu worked as a Junior Software Developer Intern, gaining hands-on experience in software development and IT systems. Her diverse background also includes over eight years of experience as a Swim Coach at MyFitness, showcasing her leadership and mentoring abilities. Additionally, she has worked as a Summer Trainee at Estravel and a Programming Teacher for young students at Gustav Adolfi Koolituskeskus, demonstrating her passion for technology and education.
