Manuel is currently the Product Platform Lead for Communications at Bayer, where he leads a team of IT Product Managers responsible for Bayer's intranet, corporate websites, and media listening initiatives. With seven years of comprehensive experience in intranet development across various roles, he has successfully led the agile IT team in a greenfield intranet implementation and managed the transition from on-premises to cloud solutions.
Always fascinated by the potential of personalization in intranets, Manuel strives to push its limits by aligning the intranet with actual user journeys. In addition to his intranet expertise, he possesses extensive experience in digital marketing and website management.
