Engagement, collaboration, and information are three notions that keep me coming to work year after year. Keeping those top of mind for the audience has helped form my track record of continuously improved user experience, consistent brand voice, and clear messaging in line with business strategy.
At Cytiva, I oversee the technology roadmap for an intranet and our communication technology tools that provides information, engagement, and collaboration for more than 15,000 employees across 40+ countries.

Before joining Cytiva, I worked at Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) where I led building and implementing an intuitive and engaging digital platform for 12,000 employees to support business
priorities and internal collaboration.

It was a career highlight to be awarded the HR ACT Award for being customer focused (usability testing).
Of Dutch background, I have lived in London for many years and re-located to the land of my beginnings three years ago. I am fluent in Dutch, English, and Tigrinya.
A keen athlete and volunteer and combined both these interests to cycle from London to Paris for “Children with Cancer”.
