As the new VP of Learning at CARIAD (a Volkswagen Company) I‘m leading the learning strategy to support our automotive mobility and software development goals. I‘m defining and leading the culture change in a mobile first environment where always learning and employee empowerment are our north starts.
I was the first Chief Learning Officer of Microsoft Germany, I built a brand-new L&D department in the area and led a team dedicated to the skilling strategy for our employees, customers, partners, and future generations. My team defined relevant learning initiatives to build the right skills for our market and drive the execution of our activities and programs.
