Sarah Møller Lundberg is Lead Specialist of Change and Communication at Vestas, where she focuses on supporting Vestas’ Must-Win-Battle Quality with leadership and change communications. She is in close collaboration with all the team to create a strong framework, practice for leadership communications, and improve communication skills across all of Vestas. Sarah is driven by the passion for creating stronger and more resilient organizations now and in the future. She also is the author of to the book "Lad os alle lede" (in Danish), that is about making organizations more resilient and better by strengthening individuals' communication competences.
