My motivation is the joy and energy that comes from the connection between stories, people and audiences. I get really excited about empowering people to be the best version of themselves and finding innovative ways to tell stories. These are the projects where I find true flow. I often get more energy out of the work than I put into it. Watching the final results gives me a real sense of achievement.
