Following a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Economics and English Literature (Mount Carmel College, Bangalore) with a state-level ranking in 1989, Supriya Gopi started her professional career as a teacher of German as a foreign language, following a certification by the Goethe-Institut Germany. Simultaneously, she pursued and attained high proficiency in French (Alliance Française de Bangalore) and Spanish (Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, Hyderabad, now EFLU). A leadership and intercultural trainer for 2 decades, Supriya Gopi has been trained by the ICPT (Intercultural Competence for Practitioners and Trainers) Switzerland and the Daimler Corporate Academy for Executive and Leadership Coaching, Germany.

Having worked with Fortune 50 companies such as Robert Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft and Nokia Siemens Networks in Europe, Australia, South-East Asia and India, Supriya Gopi conceptualizes and delivers Learning and Development programs for middle to senior Management. She also has extensive facilitation experience in supporting multinational project teams with cross-cultural collaboration, conflict handling, team and trust-building. At an individual level, she coaches CxO’s on cross-functional topics, interpersonal skills and self-awareness enhancement
