Currently based in Germany, Thais is the Global Head of Leadership Development Products at Amazon, focused on strategizing, designing and deploying leadership development experiences across all geographies for 40k+ leaders. She is also responsible for strategize the program and standardized model for leadership effectiveness. Before that, also in Amazon, she was a Head of Talent Learning and Development for EU Fulfillment Centers, building development solutions for Operations. With 17+ years of HR experience, her key expertise is in business partnering, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation and talent strategy. Working in international companies and coming from a culturally diverse background, her core contributions are in coaching executives and business leaders in how to evolve and transform business through culture, by defining people strategies, talent pipeline, organizational re-design and managing changing cultures. She has been responsible for leading cross-functional teams to apply science, design and execute employee experience programs, and led transformation and culture change efforts, by organizational and team effectiveness efforts. Thais is a certified coach and professional Mentor, by mentoring consultancy, Amazon Mentoring program, as well as informally, connecting through her network.
