Currently based in Germany, Frankfurt, Farah is a Learning & Development expert and focuses on leadership development. She has extensive HR experience. In the past, she was responsible for employer branding and thus built up the bank's employer branding. Moreover, she brings years of experience as an HRBP before she dedicated herself to the L&D field. In addition to her L&D role, she is currently a member of a bank-wide transformation project, where also learning and development topics are promoted in an innovative way to enhance the overall bank's culture.
The Pop in My Job: I have always been passionate about people, learning, and transformation, and this is exactly the combination that I find in my everyday working challenges. I firmly believe that continuous development doesn't always have to take a lot of time and can also be fun. The world is changing faster and faster, challenges are growing, and the key to keep up as an employee is a continuous development. Unlearning the old and learning the new, together and collaboratively. My purpose is to positively impact this and create an innovative learning culture.
