The SharePa project supports ABE’s strategy of doubling its turnover (but not its workforce) by 2031.
In the third year of the project, 90% of the global workforce has arrived in the working environment which supports them. An intranet as the hub of the digital workplace and globally harmonized working environments form the technical basis here.
The core element of providing knowledge in the direct working environment has proven its worth, but of course this does not work without obstacles.
